I designed an intuitive, modern interface for SeatGuru, a website that helps air travelers choose the best seats on flights. In addition, I created low-fidelity wireframes for SeatGuru Integrated Manager, a backend system to manage airlines, aircraft, seat maps, onboard amenities, frequent flyer programs, partner integrations, and related information.

Find Seatmaps
Enabled users to look up flights by destination or flight number.
Browse Airlines
Enabled users to browse airlines by name.
Select Aircraft Model
Enabled users to select aircraft models and view corresponding seat maps.
View Seat Map
Enabled users to view seats through interactive seat map, with highlights for recommended seats and warnings for problematic ones.
Additional Information
Provided users with check-in, baggage, and other flight information.
Order Placement Confirmation
Confirms that both sell and buy orders have been placed and will be processed at market close.
View System Impact
After the planning job is saved, PowerMax uses AI to predict potential future performance impacts on the systems. Based on these insights, users can decide whether to proceed with implementation.
I collaborated with TripAdvisor’s design team to create SeatGuru, a website that helps air travelers choose the best seats on flights. The site featured:

The redesigned interface drastically reduced the number of clicks required, giving users a single, unified view of all Storage Group configurations—including masking views, source and target systems, replication types, connections, and status.
